Research : Whose rights are they anyway?

Carers are being let down because public authorities are failing to implement the Human Rights Act. This is having serious, and potentially life-threatening, consequences. This Carers UK research report examines the experiences of carers in the context of the main provisions of the Human Rights Act 1998.
