Patient Opinion

 

Patient Opinion allows you to voice your opinion about your local NHS hospital or service, make suggestions for improvements, and enables hospitals to respond www.patientopinion.org.uk

 

NHS Complaints

 

Carers who feel that they have been poorly treated by the NHS can make a complaint.  In England every area has a local Patient Advocacy and Liason Services [PALS] which is a good starting point www.pals.nhs.uk
