Join a major nation policy group on diabetes

Are you a carer for someone with diabetes? Would like to influence the way that services are provided in the future? If so there is an opportunity to join a major national group and have your say on how services should be organised.
Diabetes UK organises a reference group on behalf of the Department of Health and is looking for 2 carers to take part in the group and contribute their experiences as a carer. The group has a real influence over the way that services will be provided in the future and on professional practice.
Carers will be given a fill induction and plenty of support to take part in the group. Carers expenses will be covered
